Telehandler T7042 provides a lifting height of up to 7 meters and a load capacity of 4.2 tons, and can be equipped with two powerful engine options. The machine is designed for intensive material handling tasks: moving heavy loads, precise stacking at significant heights, efficient pushing of materials thanks to the large boom reach, and continuous operations during various loading processes.

The innovative Best View Cabin provides exceptional all-round visibility. Thanks to only four cab pillars and a panoramic rear window, the operator has excellent control over the rear area. The sloped engine hood additionally improves visibility of the right rear side of the machine.

Special attention has been paid to ergonomics: the cabin is designed according to the Operator First principle, where operator comfort and safety are the top priority. It is developed in line with modern safety standards and the latest achievements in ergonomics, ensuring maximum convenience and efficiency in operation.

Innovative Best View Cabin

The Best View Cabin, with its unique four-pillar design and panoramic rear window, provides unparalleled all-round visibility. The large curved windshield ensures excellent visibility of the attachment and loading area regardless of the telescopic boom position. The sloped engine hood improves side visibility and the view towards the right rear wheel. An additional visibility-optimized protective grille ensures a high level of safety without restricting the field of view.

The “Operator First” approach was a key focus in the development of the Weidemann Best View Cabin — operator comfort was given absolute priority. This is reflected in the ergonomic layout of all controls, an intuitive color-coded system, a high-quality operator seat (with optional air suspension), a sprung joystick console, a large 7-inch display, multiple storage compartments, and a height- and tilt-adjustable steering wheel.

Power Drive 255: variable hydrostatic transmission

The Power Drive 255 system is a modern continuously variable hydrostatic transmission that provides higher traction force and increased travel speed compared to previous solutions. At the same time, it retains all the advantages of a classic hydrostatic drive: compactness, energy efficiency, and a high level of operator comfort.

Thanks to Power Drive 255, the machine can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h without the need to shift gears or change operating modes. This ensures smooth movement without interruption of traction, making operation more comfortable and stable in all conditions.

Travel speed 30/40 km/h

Depending on the installed engine version, the machine can optionally reach speeds of 30 or 40 km/h. This allows fast movement between job sites and significantly reduces transport time.

As a result, overall productivity and equipment efficiency during the working day are increased.

Boom suspension with automatic function

The boom suspension system is electrically activated and ensures stable and comfortable machine operation both off-road and on public roads. It is especially useful when transporting heavy loads in the bucket or on pallet forks, as well as when carrying large attachments over long distances at high speed. In such conditions, the system significantly improves operator comfort.

The boom suspension can be completely deactivated, kept permanently active, or used in automatic mode. In automatic mode, the operator sets a travel speed at which the system activates, and it deactivates again when the speed drops below the set threshold.

This reduces machine oscillation during high-speed travel, improves operator safety, and reduces stress on structural components by effectively absorbing shocks and vibrations.

Flexible trailer operation up to 16 t

The machine can operate with trailers thanks to optional towing and coupling systems. Various systems are available: height-adjustable automatic coupling, automatic drawbar coupling, K50/K80 ball hitch, Piton-Fix system, and auto-hitch.

For safe transport of heavy trailers, a dual-circuit pneumatic braking system or hydraulic trailer brakes must be used (compliance with national regulations is required).

Trailer capability significantly expands the machine’s functionality, increases versatility, and eliminates the need for an additional towing vehicle.

Automatic air-conditioning system

The air-conditioning system creates a comfortable cabin climate even at high ambient temperatures. Unlike conventional systems that operate at a single cooling level and are regulated only by fan speed, the Weidemann system uses sensors for automatic temperature control.

It automatically maintains the operator’s set parameters by increasing or decreasing cabin temperature depending on external conditions. This ensures a stable climate and precise adaptation to real ambient temperatures.
