1140 Basic Line

Purchasing a farm loader is often a significant investment for small farms. Even part-time farmers must carefully consider such a decision.

Weidemann developed the Hoftrac 1140 Basic Line model specifically for this market segment. By optimizing the configuration and removing certain elements from the standard 1140 version, a more attractive price has been achieved.

As a result, the user receives an economical and practical loader that easily handles most daily tasks on the farm.

Engine without exhaust gas aftertreatment

A key advantage of the standard engine is compliance with the Stage V emissions standard without the need for an additional exhaust aftertreatment system. This power unit is ideally suited for light-duty work, particularly simple material handling tasks.

This is a 3-cylinder engine that delivers high torque combined with efficient performance. The absence of an exhaust aftertreatment system helps reduce maintenance costs and improve overall operating efficiency.

ecs quick attachment change system (Easy Coupler System)

Thanks to the Weidemann ecs (Easy Coupler System), the operator can safely and conveniently change hydraulically powered attachments directly from the cab without leaving the operator’s seat.

There is no need to manually connect hydraulic couplings, which increases safety, reduces environmental impact, and significantly saves time during operation.

Compact dimensions for maximum maneuverability

Compact dimensions combined with driving stability provide excellent mobility and high maneuverability of the machine.

Well-designed proportions make the machine easy to operate and allow efficient work even in tight or confined spaces where precise control is essential.

Maximum traction thanks to the articulated pendulum joint

The articulated pendulum joint ensures constant contact of all four wheels with the ground even on uneven terrain. This improves machine performance and gives the operator precise and confident control.

The balanced combination of articulation and oscillation angles ensures stable traction and easier maneuvering. Even in confined spaces, the design eliminates the risk of collision between the front and rear sections of the machine.

The front and rear chassis sections can oscillate independently, allowing the operator to smoothly respond to every uneven surface. This increases comfort and creates a sense of safety during operation.

Safe overhead guard with restraint system

On compact Weidemann Hoftrac loaders, an overhead guard with an operator restraint system is installed as standard. The guard and safety system comply with the current European Machinery Directive requirements, as well as ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) standards, ensuring a high level of safety and full regulatory compliance.

The design provides excellent all-round visibility, allowing the operator to constantly monitor the working area and surroundings. This improves safety during operation.

Depending on the model, front and rear glazing may be available for additional protection against weather conditions.

Ballast weight

The machine can be equipped with a ballast plate (floor plate on the rear chassis section) and/or a cast rear counterweight. This increases lifting capacity and allows heavier loads to be transported.

The increased tipping load expands the range of applications, enabling the use of larger attachments and efficient handling of heavier materials without changing the machine.
