The fully electric Hoftrac 1390e operates with zero emissions and significantly reduced noise levels. This benefits both the operator and the environment equally. As a result, the loader is ideally suited for indoor applications as well as for areas with strict noise and emission requirements.

The optional comfort cab with a four-pillar design and panoramic rear window provides a spacious working environment and excellent all-round visibility. A well-designed heating system enables efficient year-round operation of the machine.

The installed 96 V lithium-ion battery is available in three power variants, allowing optimal coordination of operating and charging times depending on usage requirements. Different charging cables and connectors ensure simple and flexible charging.

Powerful lithium-ion battery

The machine can be equipped with a battery of suitable capacity depending on the application and operating conditions. Three maintenance-free lithium-ion battery options are available: the standard 14.1 kWh version, and optional 18 kWh and 28 kWh versions.

In the standard configuration, a 3 kW onboard charger is included. If required, an additional 3 kW charging module can be installed, increasing the total charging power to 6 kW. This is especially beneficial for medium and large battery capacities, significantly reducing charging times.

Convenient charging options

The central charging hatch is conveniently located on the outside of the machine, providing easy access. Behind it are the charging socket, activation switch, and charge level indicator, ensuring simple monitoring of the process.

The charging cable (with a Type 2 connector on the machine side, widely used in the automotive industry) is supplied with a control unit and supports various connection options: 230 V / 10 A (Schuko), 230 V / 16 A CEE (blue, 3-pin), 400 V / 16 A CEE (red, three-phase, 5-pin), as well as 400 V / 16 A (Type 2 Wallbox connector, IEC 62196 standard), and other adapters.

Overall, the flexible charging system ensures an efficient, safe, and convenient charging process under various operating conditions.

Powerful electric drive

The 1390e electric version delivers the same performance as the diesel model, and the tipping load is even slightly higher. Thus, the electric drive is in no way inferior to the conventional diesel solution in terms of power and capability.

Moreover, the electric machine can achieve higher productivity compared to diesel-powered equipment. Overall, the electric drive is a more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly solution that meets modern requirements for reducing environmental impact.

Easy-to-read digital display

All key functions are always under control: the digital display allows the operator to continuously monitor essential operating parameters.

Around the edges of the display are standard indicators, such as warning lights for the parking brake, turn signals, and high beam. The central information area offers three main display modes and a wide range of useful data, including operating hours, battery charge level, remaining operating or charging time, travel speed, average energy consumption, recuperation level, as well as date, time, and temperatures of various systems.

This display ensures convenient monitoring, increases efficiency, and helps the operator respond quickly to changing operating conditions.

Comfort cab

The comfort cab is designed to meet operator needs, ensuring safe and less fatiguing operation. The four-pillar structure, deep-set windows, and panoramic rear window provide excellent all-round visibility. A heating system with improved air circulation maintains a consistently comfortable cabin temperature. Ergonomically arranged controls, a modern interior, and reduced noise and vibration levels significantly enhance operator comfort.

The cab sets a high standard in the Hoftrac segment. Depending on the configuration, two joystick options are available, allowing users to choose the most suitable solution for their needs.

The cab is also suitable for taller operators, which is uncommon in compact machines. Comfortable working conditions reduce fatigue during long operating hours, while well-designed access with non-slip steps ensures safe entry and exit.

Electric parking brake

The electric parking brake automatically engages when the machine stops, the travel direction is set to neutral, or the operator leaves the seat. When the accelerator pedal is pressed and movement begins, the brake is automatically released. This ensures maximum safety and comfort for the operator and surroundings, while also improving operational efficiency.

The system supports Auto-Hold and Hill-Hold functions, which prevent unintended rolling of the machine, especially on slopes, increasing safety during operation.
