Thanks to the fully electric Weidemann Hoftrac 1190e, you can work with zero emissions and significantly reduced noise directly on site. This benefits both the operator and the environment, making the machine an ideal solution for indoor operations.

An optional cab with a well-designed heating system ensures comfortable year-round operation.

The integrated 48-volt lithium-ion battery is available in three capacity options, allowing you to optimally balance operating time and charging time according to specific working conditions.

Powerful lithium-ion battery

Depending on the application and working conditions, the optimal battery size can be selected.

Three maintenance-free lithium-ion battery options are available: a standard capacity of 14.1 kWh, as well as optional 18.7 kWh and 23.4 kWh.

The standard configuration includes an on-board charger with 3 kW power. If required, a second identical module can be installed, increasing the total charging power to 6 kW. This enables significantly faster charging times, especially for medium and large battery capacities.

Convenient charging options 

The central charging port is easily accessible from the outside. Behind it are the connector, activation switch, and charge level indicator.

The charging cable (Type 2 connector on the vehicle side — the industry standard) with the control unit is available in various connection options: 230 V / 10 A Schuko, 230 V / 16 A CEE (blue, 3‑pin), 400 V / 16 A CEE (red, three‑phase, 5‑pin), 400 V / 16 A Type 2 (Wallbox, IEC 62196), as well as with other adapters.

Overall, the new charging system ensures a flexible, safe, and efficient charging process under a wide range of operating conditions.

Powerful electric drive

The performance of the Weidemann 1190e matches the diesel version, and the tipping load is even slightly higher thanks to optimized weight distribution and a low center of gravity. Thus, the electric drive has no loss in performance compared to the diesel version.

The electric machine delivers higher work efficiency and better performance compared to diesel counterparts. Overall, the electric drive is a more economical and energy-efficient solution, as well as an environmentally friendly alternative.

Low operating costs

Compared to electric models, diesel equipment has significantly higher energy costs during operation.

Although the initial cost of an electric machine is higher, over time it pays off through lower operating and maintenance expenses. As a result, the electric version becomes a more cost-effective solution over its entire service life.

Comfortable cab

The cab of the Weidemann 1190e ensures comfortable year-round operation, including winter conditions. It is optimized for operator needs, offers modern features, and creates safe and convenient working conditions.

Despite its compact dimensions, the cab provides sufficient space for the operator. Deeply positioned windows and a shortened rear section of the machine ensure excellent all-round visibility. Electrically heated front and rear windows guarantee good visibility in all weather conditions.

An intuitive control system with a color interface and an ergonomically positioned display ensures safe and comfortable operation.

Efficient ventilation is possible even without air conditioning: doors on both sides can be locked in a ventilation position or opened 180°, and the rear window can be raised. The heating system includes several modes: standard, enhanced comfort heating, roof panel heating, and seat heating.

Electric parking brake

The electric parking brake is automatically activated when the machine stops, is set to neutral, or when the operator leaves the seat. The brake is also automatically released when driving begins using the accelerator pedal. This ensures a high level of safety and comfort.

The system improves machine operating efficiency and simplifies daily handling. It also includes auto-hold and hill-hold functions, which prevent unintended rolling on slopes and enhance operational safety.

If necessary, the operator can manually engage or disengage the parking brake using a switch, maintaining full control over the machine.
