The fully electric Weidemann Hoftrac 1290e operates with zero emissions and significantly reduced noise levels on the job site. This ensures better protection for the operator and more comfortable working conditions for the surrounding environment. The machine is particularly well suited for indoor use as well as for areas sensitive to noise and exhaust emissions.

A key advantage of the 1290e model is its specially designed front section with optimized visibility of the loading system. The optional cab provides ample space for the operator and excellent all-round visibility. Thanks to a well-engineered heating system, the machine can be used efficiently throughout the year.

The integrated 48 V lithium-ion battery is available in three power variants, allowing the optimal balance between operating time and charging time depending on application requirements. Various charging cables and connectors ensure convenient and flexible charging options.

Front carriage with visibility-optimized loading system

The internal hydraulic routing is made of metal pipes, which increases durability and service life. The pipes are routed along the side of the cross member, providing improved visibility through the articulation area.

The lift and tilt cylinders, mounted on a wide tower, are arranged sequentially one behind the other. This improves visibility of the attachment and working area during operation.

As an option, a long loader boom is available, providing increased lifting height and expanding the machine’s capabilities.

Convenient charging options

The central charging hatch is easily accessible from the outside of the machine. Behind it are the connection socket, activation switch, and charge level indicator.

The charging cable (with a Type 2 connector on the machine side, standard in the automotive industry) with an integrated control unit is available with various plug types: 230 V / 10 A Schuko, 230 V / 16 A CEE (blue, 3-pin), 400 V / 16 A CEE (red, three-phase, 5-pin), 400 V / 16 A (Type 2 Wallbox, IEC 62196), as well as other adapter plugs.

Overall, the new charging system ensures a flexible, safe, and efficient energy replenishment process under any conditions.

Powerful lithium-ion battery

Depending on the application and operating conditions, the optimal battery size can be selected.

Three maintenance-free lithium-ion battery options are available: a standard 14.1 kWh version, and optional 18.7 kWh and 23.4 kWh versions.

A 3 kW onboard charger is installed as standard. Optionally, a second identical charger can be added, increasing total charging power to 6 kW. This is especially beneficial for medium and large batteries, as it significantly reduces charging time.

Compact dimensions for maximum maneuverability

Thanks to its compact dimensions and stable directional control, the machine ensures high mobility and easy handling in various working conditions.

Optimally designed proportions allow efficient operation even in confined spaces where precision and maneuverability are essential.

Comfortable operator cab

The cab enables comfortable and efficient year-round operation, including winter maintenance tasks. It is designed with the operator’s needs in mind, offering well-thought-out features and ensuring safe and comfortable working conditions.

Despite the compact machine size, the cab provides sufficient space for the operator. Deep-set windows and a tapered rear design ensure excellent all-round visibility. Electrically heated front and rear windows guarantee clear visibility in all weather conditions. An intuitive color-coded control system and ergonomically arranged display contribute to safe and convenient operation.

Efficient ventilation is available even without air conditioning: doors on both sides can be locked for gap ventilation or opened up to 180°, and the rear window can be raised. The heating system also offers several options: standard heating, enhanced comfort heating, roof heating, and seat heating, allowing the working environment to be adapted to any season.

Electric parking brake

The electric parking brake is automatically engaged when the machine stops, the travel direction is set to neutral, or the operator leaves the seat. It is automatically released when driving is resumed via the accelerator pedal, ensuring maximum safety and convenience.

The system includes Auto-Hold and Hill-Hold functions, preventing unintentional rolling on slopes and increasing operational safety.

If needed, the operator can manually activate or deactivate the parking brake using a switch, maintaining full control over the machine and adapting its operation to personal preferences.
