ecDrive: electronically controlled traction drive

The ecDrive system (Electronic Controlled Drive) provides intelligent control of machine movement and operation. Thanks to electronic traction control, the machine can utilize its capabilities with maximum efficiency in various operating conditions.

Weidemann has implemented four special driving modes that allow the machine to be adapted to specific tasks. Auto and Eco modes are available as standard, while Attachment Mode or M-Drive can be optionally selected. This ensures maximum flexibility in configuration according to user needs.

Electronic control reduces losses in the drivetrain, improves efficiency, and lowers energy consumption. As a result, the machine can operate at lower engine speeds while maintaining productivity and fuel efficiency.

Electric parking brake

The electric parking brake is automatically engaged when the machine stops, is set to neutral, or when the operator leaves the seat. The brake is automatically released when the machine starts moving via the accelerator pedal. This ensures maximum safety and operator comfort.

The system also features Auto-Hold and Hill-Hold functions, which prevent unintended rolling on slopes and enhance operational safety.

If required, the electric parking brake can be manually activated or deactivated via a switch, allowing the operator full control and adaptation to working conditions.

Transport on a car trailer

Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, the machine can be easily transported on a car trailer, helping to save time and reduce transport costs.

The lashing points are optimally positioned on the machine’s structure, ensuring secure fastening and compliance with standard transport safety requirements.

Depending on the model and configuration, transport may also include attachments.

Reversible fan

At the push of a button, the system reverses the airflow direction, blowing dust and debris out of the cooling fins and engine air intake surfaces. Thanks to the design of the hydraulic motor and pumps, reverse fan operation is enabled.

This helps effectively prevent overheating and reduces the need for manual cleaning.
