Weidemann 9580T telescopic loader is designed for especially intensive loading and unloading operations typical of large enterprises, biogas plants, grain storage facilities, or work with a large number of bales. This class of equipment is also highly effective in recycling, industrial sites, and municipal services.

On the 9580T model, the Lowering Assistant system is used — a semi-automatic operator assistance system that automatically retracts the telescopic boom during lowering. This ensures faster work cycles and improves operational safety.

The Power Drive 370 (PD 370) hydrostatic transmission with stepless control provides high traction force and smooth operation. Thanks to this, the loader can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h without gear shifting, ensuring comfortable and efficient movement between working areas.

Flexible trailer operation up to 18 t

The machine can be used for trailer towing when equipped with an optional hitch system. Various coupling options are available: automatic drawbar hitch (fixed or height-adjustable), K50 ball hitch, Piton-Fix hitch, and CUNA D3 hitch.

For safe transport of trailer loads, both dual-circuit pneumatic and hydraulic trailer braking systems are used.

The ability to operate with a trailer significantly expands the machine’s functionality and increases its versatility, as in many cases there is no need for a separate towing vehicle.

Lowering Assistant (operator assistance system)

Lowering Assistant is a semi-automatic support system that automatically retracts the telescopic boom during lowering. This improves safety, as the load is always kept closer to the machine, and prevents overloading.

The system ensures more efficient working cycles and reduces operator workload thanks to simple and convenient control.

If necessary, the Lowering Assistant can be completely deactivated, for example during highly precise tasks such as bale stacking.

Load arm damping with automatic function

The boom damping system can be electronically activated and provides more stable and comfortable machine operation on uneven terrain and during road transport. It is especially useful when transporting heavy loads in buckets or on pallet forks, as well as when moving heavy attachments over long distances at high speed. In such conditions, it significantly increases operator comfort.

The damping system can be completely switched off, kept permanently active, or used in automatic mode. In automatic mode, the driving speed threshold is set via the joystick at which the system activates automatically. When speed drops below the set value, the damping system is automatically deactivated.

This system reduces machine oscillation at high speeds, improving operator safety and protecting machine components by effectively absorbing shocks and vibrations.

Power Drive 370: continuously variable hydrostatic transmission

Power Drive 370 is a continuously variable hydrostatic transmission that provides higher traction force and travel speed compared to previous solutions. It retains all advantages of conventional drives: compact design, energy efficiency, and high operator comfort.

Thanks to the Power Drive 370 system, the machine can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h without gear shifting, ensuring smooth operation without loss of traction.

In the 30 km/h version, a thrust boost function is available, which is especially effective for tasks requiring increased power and force.

Automatic air-conditioning system

The automatic climate control system ensures comfortable cab conditions at high outdoor temperatures. Unlike a conventional air conditioner that cools in a single mode with adjustable fan intensity, the Weidemann system uses sensors to automatically maintain the set temperature.

This keeps the cabin climate stable and optimally adapted to external conditions.

Automatic climate control significantly increases operator comfort and reduces fatigue during long working hours in hot weather.

Travel speed 30/40 km/h

Depending on the engine configuration, the machine can reach speeds of up to 30 or 40 km/h. This allows faster movement between work sites, reducing travel time.
