Happy Ukrainian Unity Day!

On 22 January, Ukraine celebrates one of its key public holidays – Ukrainian Unity Day. It was on this day in 1919 that the Act of Unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the West Ukrainian People's Republic was proclaimed. This event became a symbol of the Ukrainian people's desire for unity, independence and a shared future.

Unity is not only about territorial integrity. It is about the unity of people, values, ideas, and everyone's responsibility for the fate of the country. Today, more than ever, we realise the true value of freedom, peace, and independence, and understand that only together can we withstand any challenges.
