Crab stroke
The
principle of operation of the Manitou telescopic handler crab stroke
The crab
stroke is designed to move the telescopic handler in small rooms where there is
a lack of free space.
When
performing a crab stroke, the Manitou telescopic handler performs a sideways
movement, for which it is necessary to turn both pairs of wheels in one
direction. The wheels must be the same size.
This is a
very easy move to perform and does not require any additional special
knowledge.
We recommend
that you choose a forklift model with this feature right away, as it makes it
easier to control, maneuver and improve efficiency.
