Demo sowing with the Czajkowski Strip-Till unit
The company ‘TPK ’Tekhno-Dvir" - the exclusive distributor of
Czajkowski Strip-Till units, recently conducted the first in Ukraine (in the
Cherkasy region) demonstration sowing of rapeseed using the Czajkowski STK4009R Strip Till strip tillage unit in combination with the Czajkowski PS400 9R
sowing attachment.
The sowing was carried out in an extremely arid
region, where only 25 mm of precipitation fell in a month, but thanks to the
design of the working section of the Czajkowski Strip-Till unit, it was
possible to cultivate the soil to a depth of 35 cm and pull up moist soil on
dry fields.
